Navigate to Account Deletion:
Tap Personal Details.
Tap Account ownership and control.
Tap Deactivation or deletion.
Select Account:
Choose the account you want to delete (if you have multiple).

Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You have 30 days to log back in and cancel the deletion if you change your mind. After 30 days, your account and information will be permanently removed, though it may take up to 90 days for all data to be fully erased from backups.
Additional Notes

Web Option: Similar steps apply if you use Instagram on a computer. Use the menu at the bottom left to access Accounts Center and follow the same path.
